**The Position**
Our client excels in crafting tailored solutions for the commercial construction sector. They are actively seeking an enthusiastic and organized Procurement Officer to collaborate with team leaders on captivating projects for esteemed global brands. Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborating closely with team leaders to pinpoint essential vendors, both domestically and internationally.
- Preparing comprehensive costings, quotations, and tenders.
- Skillfully negotiating prices with vendors to secure the utmost value for our clients.
- Initiating and processing purchase orders with vendors.
- Meticulously maintaining documentation with an unwavering attention to detail.

**Requirements**:
While experience in interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications is highly regarded, it is not an absolute prerequisite for this role. The following qualifications and attributes are essential:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
