A growing tier 3 commercial builder, located in the Western suburbs of Melbourne, that specializes in commercial and fit out projects up to $40m. Operating for over 15 years, has a healthy and professional culture with long term career opportunities ahead.

**Role and Projects**

You will be leading a team of CAs and PEs in delivering complex and intricate Fitout & Refurb projects (upto $40M) for high profile clients in challenging environments.

This role requires experience with client and stakeholder management and involves negotiating, planning, executing and monitoring all relevant clauses in the contract process. You will work alongside experienced senior contract administrators to assist in the process.

**Requirements**:
We believe to manage the role you have to have done the role yourself, so I'm looking to speak with experienced Contract Administrators that have reached leadership positions or ready to make that step. Further to this we're looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a contract administrator
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience managing commercial projects up to $20m
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Excellent customer service/client management
