and much more An experienced Construction Manager is sought to join one of Melbourne's most established commercial contractors who is looking to bring in additional resources to a team that is growing at a sustainable rate.

This role would suit a Construction Manager with a proven track record in delivering large refurbishment/ fit out and New Build projects looking for a fresh working environment within a professional, slick organisation.

This builder has converted themselves into a reputable National contractor with growth interstate across Education, Health, Fitout / Refurbishment & much more.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager/ Directors you will be responsible for:

- Construction methodology and programming
- Resource allocation on projects
- Management of all project teams at the company
- Present monthly project and cost reporting to clients and the directors
- Assist with bid management and provide expert advice on program and methodology
- Mentoring of Project Managers - regular leadership training and advice
- Design Management
- Quality Management and OH&S

The role is offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality projects; ranging in value from $5m - $30m across Education, Health,Fitout / Refurbishment and much more

**Successful Applicant**:

- A tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering
- Experience of running commercial projects from $5m - $25 million
- Demonstrated Construction Manager experience
- Experience in managing project managers
- Previous experience of managing large site team
- Relevant software experience - Jobpac, Procore, Aconex, Hammertech
