**THE ROLE**:
Working extremely closely with our Digital Media & Partnerships team, you’ll be responsible for making sure we offer a seamless Digital Performance service to our clients. You will be the go-to person for anything Digital Performance related for a select number of clients. To keep things interesting, this role will also project manage across various multi-channel digital campaigns on behalf of the Digital Media & Partnerships team, working closely with our Social Media team, and even our Creative team, to bring an entire project together.

To add more context, this role will be responsible for:

- Creating genuine and meaningful client relationships
- Running the day to day communications for a small selection of our clients, including WIPs and Briefings
- Working closely with the Digital Media & Partnerships team to ensure our strategies and budgets are developed and implemented to meet agreed timelines
- Be across KPI tracking to ensure we’re on track to achieve (and exceed) our agreed targets for clients/campaigns that you manage
- Getting handsy with presenting response decks, and sometimes even new business proposals
- Overseeing our performance reporting and post-campaign reports, ensuring we’re always presenting actionable insights
- Being resourceful and bringing in the right team members to deliver on a brief
- Understanding our client’s evolving needs by locking in regular catch ups outside of the ‘day to day’

**THE EXPERIENCE**:
**YOU**:

- Agency side Account Management/Client Service experience is a must. Ideally we’re looking for someone who has at least 2+ years
- Working knowledge and ability to communicate channel strategies around Paid Search, Display, and ideally SEO
- Proven ability to create meaningful relationships with clients
- Nails communications, both internally and externally
- Thinks that tasks and timeline management are a main food group
- Unites around a challenge, and believes teamwork makes the dreamwork
- Basic implementation experience (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, DV360 etc) would be desired but not essential for the role
