**Role Summary**
The Performance Specialist assists the Head of Digital and one of our Senior Account Directors on all aspects of digital media.
The Performance Specialist will manage the activation, optimization and performance analysis of digital media activity, across Paid Search and other channels. An important role in the team, the Performance
Specialist will manage the daily running of campaigns and will be a key point person for our partners.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will have excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Search Ads 360 & Google Analytics (DV360, The Trade Desk and Facebook Ads Manager experience is a bonus. On a daily basis you will work with our Client Service team to contribute to comprehensive plans to answer clients briefs and manage always on activity.

**You Will**:
- Use initiative to ensure the smooth running of paid search & social accounts by carrying out regular optimisations, monitoring spend, updating keyword lists and changing creative.
- Support our Client Service Team and Head of Digital with reporting, presentation preparation and help launch new accounts
- Provide effective workflow across the business to manage workloads and ensure appropriate skill levels are engaged to achieve the project of high-quality work.
- Attend client WIP meetings and develop a working relationship with client contacts
- Coordinate with clients to implement daily account changes
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment for the team.
- Organise all client requests and communications to the appropriate team member to ensure our client concerns are met.
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and important players
- Manage own time to ensure all delegated tasks are completed on time and to deadlines.
**Financial**
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (IO's, signed media plans) is in place for all client campaigns before they go live.
- Ensure that invoices go out on time with pro-formats checked and that accounts are reconciled.
- Ensure that all campaign budget forms are completed with all the appropriate documentation.
**Client**
- Support our Client Service team in managing a range of clients, ensuring end-to-end account management, optimisation and growth of the account.
- Build client relationships; at a Brand/ Marketing Manager level.
- Maintain an understanding of our client's business (brand and corporate) and their needs; have a reasonable level of knowledge in our client's category & their competitive set.
- Assist the team in ensuring the monthly, fortnightly, or weekly reports are delivered to our clients on time and with meaningful recommendations.
- Acquire an understanding of Clients website, internal challenges, capabilities, development plans and work with Client to enhance their website/s offering.
- Implement multichannel strategies to ensure performance across all clients.
**Systems**
- Google analytics, AdWords and all Google tools
**Knowledge & Understanding**
- Knowledge of the Australian digital media marketplace, trends, Google & industry products both existing and an understanding of betas and new product launches.
- Competent knowledge across PPC, Social, affiliates, DSP, mobile, display, multivariate testing,

**You Have**:
- 3+ years’ experience working in performance media and a depth of knowledge in SEM/PPC
- Capability in multiple media and industry tools, Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Entry-level competency within our client services discipline.
- Good prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
- You are passionate and positive.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable - to changing business & client conditions.
