**About the role**

We are looking for a Full Time **Digital & Communications Managers** to join the Marketing team at The Boathouse Group’s head office located in Manly Pavilion. As the Digital & Communications Manager you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of communications strategy across the group, in line with business objectives. You will also:

- Understand and interpret current business objectives, to create effective communications strategy across all areas of the business;
- Create clear briefs for the Creative team to provide assets for communications strategy;
- Develop, implement and report on communications strategies for internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Copywriting for digital and print communications for all areas of the business as required;
- Manage the day to day duties of the Brand & Activations Co-ordinator, to ensure skill development as well as approving all campaign assets and communications before being published.

**About you**

To be the perfect addition to The Boathouse Group, you will have at least 5 years experience in a comparable role within a large group, preferably within the hospitality industry where you demonstrated your creativity and strong leadership and people management skills. You will also have:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, or willingness to learn;
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms including Squarespace, Wordpress, Canva, META (Instagram & Facebook), Google, Asana, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Cap Cut, Humanitix.
- Photography and videography skills, or a willingness to learn;
While not a requirement, a tertiary degree or diploma in marketing or communications is highly favourable.

**About the Process**:
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
