**About us**

Sprout Network is a venue specialist agency (pop-up and casual mall leasing) working with a range of direct customer acquisition clients across Australia and New Zealand - including many recognisable brands and not-for-profit organisations.

We are a small but close-knit team, with staff working across NSW and QLD.

Our working week typically includes time in the Manly NSW office, as well as working from home.

**About the role**

This entry-level role would be ideal for a person looking for a career in marketing and could kick-start their future in the events field

Key day-to-day tasks include:

- Management of our online portal including our booking platform, Sproudle and CRM.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Servicing your own small client base with a customer-centric approach.
- Support the team of Account Managers.
- Ability to perform at a high standard and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and data-entry skills are essential with strong attention to detail (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, file management software and Adobe PDF experience)

**About you**

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- An eagerness to learn and take ownership
- The ability to work both independently and as well as being a contributing team member
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

Ideally, applicants will have some administrative/data experience.

You must have a permanent Australian working visa and ideally a good knowledge of Australian Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane).

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
