**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on paid Facebook marketing
- Develop engaging graphic designs and videos for social media platforms
- Efficiently utilise our content pillars to create cross-purposed relative content including copywriting
- Manage our Facebook group and engage with our online community
- Collaborate with our PR agency to strategize on campaigns
- Manage guests for podcasts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, paid Facebook marketing, graphic design, and video editing
- Ability to work autonomously and support our operations and partnership team members
- Ability to manage social media platforms and engage with our online community
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with property investing is a plus

As a Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts and managing our online presence. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage our online community. With our 4 main content pillars, there will be ample opportunity to develop exciting and relevant content for our audience.
