**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Senior Service Administration Officer, we are seeking someone who will support our Dealers, Installers, End Users & Service Technicians. Being their first point of contact when they need assistance, you will provide them with advice and assistance to basic service enquiries.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED**:

- General administration
- Planning, scheduling and follow up of daily service activities of Service Technicians
- Assign technicians and ensure that all work orders are completed promptly
- Ensure required equipment and parts are organised for the team prior to the commencement of work
- Monitor and track work in progress
- Provide information and documentation to customer where required.

**YOU WILL NEED**:
There are a few essential tools you will need under your belt to be successful in this role:

- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service
- High level of diplomacy with the ability to problem solve and resolve conflict
- Ability to work under pressure and manage many and varied tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Have an understanding and working knowledge of AP / AR functions
- Highly advantageous to have HVAC or similar trades industry experience
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and use your initiative when required
- A 'can-do' positive attitude.
