Job Description
**Your opportunity to join our Customer Service Team based at Lytton**
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be part of our friendly Customer Service Team who thrives on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and diversity is supported. Working Monday to Friday, you will support our customers to ensure they have a great customer experience, answering queries and supporting them in choosing the right products for their business.

**Daily Tasks**
- Providing customer service to our existing customers; helping with inquiries and supporting them with choosing the right products for their business
- Completing daily call cycle and keying orders
- Upselling Ingham’s products with customer orders
- Stakeholder engagement with customers, operations, and logistics.
**You will bring to this role**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven skills in lead generation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently.
