**About the Role**
As a **Service Coordinator**, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their enquiries and taking responsibility for the administration and coordination of all packaging machinery service jobs.
As part of the Customer Service team, you will also be the first point of contact for customers that require support and you will oversee the management of jobs in our software system. You will be responsible to monitor and prioritise workload, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service in every exchange, in line with our company values
- Monitoring the shared sales inbox, processing orders, actioning, or delegating tasks
- Assist with overflow phone calls.
- Act as the point of contact for clients regarding servicing, repairs and installation of equipment.
- Open, manage and close out all Service Jobs in the Job Management software
- Schedule and coordinate Service Technician’s calendar
- Oversee the purchasing of parts, materials and equipment for jobs as required
- Create quotes for service jobs and talk them through with clients
- Review completed service work, resolve issues as they arise and ensure all jobs are closed out successfully
- Oversee the Rental Equipment fleet, and coordinate bookings.
- Carry out all administration work for the Service Division.
**About You**
Known for being highly organised, you are also methodical, a natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. You’re observant, logical and unfazed by a fast-paced and changing environment. You build effective relationships with internal teams and external customers by demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, effort and passion for the work being done and the company you represent. Your skillset includes a strong administration skills and strong competency in computer work (MS Office suite and other software programs), you are practical, mechanically apt and can confidently relay technical information to clients. You possess a positive, can-do attitude with the drive to deliver high standards of customer service. You will have a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service environment and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. **Previous experience in a role where you have managed service jobs/works orders and coordinated technicians or tradespeople is highly desirable.**
