**About the role**:
Reporting to the Shared Services Superintendent, a great opportunity for a newly created role for an experienced Administrator to join our Maintenance Department. This role will perform administration support in planning, cost control, coordination, scheduling, training, mentoring, validation, receipting and processing of contract supplier invoices.
There are also opportunities for the successful incumbent to step up and cover leave for certain activities for example within cost control and facilities coordination.
**Key responsibilities;**
- Database management
- Provide admin support, training and assistance, portal maintenance management
- Responsible for document control with ongoing maintenance of all policies, procedures, work instructions and statements of works
- Reconciliation of invoices and basic financial management
- Maintain reporting metrics and performance indicators
- Attend meetings and provide documentations support
**Skills and experience**:
- Certificate II in Business Administration
- Experience in a similar role preferably within facilities and maintenance environment.
- Profession in MS office and SAP
- Experienced in Power BI is ideal
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
