**About us**

Saigon Bakehouse Group commenced about 20 years ago and is involved in the bakery production and wholesale of a comprehensive range of cakes, pies, and various pastries and bread-related products in the Greater Brisbane Metropolitan area bounded by the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and the Sunshine Coast. We are one of the largest privately owned retail bakery operators in Brisbane and employ some two hundred staff members and operate three production centers and 13 retail bakeries.

With some 300 wholesale customers, Saigon Bakehouse supplies a range of freshly made products on a wholesale basis to coffee shops, clubs, bakeries, and hospitality businesses in the Greater Brisbane area as well as to its own 13 retail bakery stores in Brisbane suburbs.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our team to service our Brisbane market.

**About the role**

This position is responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of marketing for all brands of Saigon Bakehouse Group (Van Dough, Saigon Bakehouse, Amore, Danny’s Pies )

**Responsibilities and Authorities**
- Do market research, find consumer insights and translate consumer insights into actionable brand approach with relevant and inspiring brand proposition and communication strategy to activate effectively in Australian retail market.
- Develops marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for all brands in Saigon Bakehouse Group.
- Prepares and implement a marketing budget and plan.
- Develops, implement and monitor creative local marketing channels, including social media, micro marketing, in-store marketing, product marketing, CRM
- Measures and evaluates ROI of marketing investment and comes up with regular proposals in line with overall Marketing Strategy on monthly basis.
- Measure the brand performance: market share, brand awareness / trial / loyalty (CDF) and equity over the time.
- For retail marketing:

- Follow up NPS monthly and takes action to impove NPS score.
- Combines with Local Store Marketing (LSM) in promotion programs to drive sales
- Manage online store/review platforms and vendors (Trip Advisor, Uber Eats, Door Dash )
- Approve all local print advertising and manage graphic designers on ad creation
- Recommend development and implement in-store marketing materials as appropriate
- Develops and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, webbased, database, and direct to consumer marketing
- Manages agencies and optimizes Human Resources in marketing team

Job specifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, marketing or related major is preferred but not required
- At least 05 years working experience in Marketing and 3 years of related work experience, preferably in F&B industry.
- Creative, entrepreneur mindset
- Strong in engagement and influencing skills
- Dynamic team player with great collaborative and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation, grit and teamwork.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
