**Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator - Full Time**

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for maintaining high operational standards? We are looking for a proactive **Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator** to join our team full-time and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our retail stores.

**About the Role**:
As the Retail Operations and Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure our stores operate smoothly and remain compliant with company standards. Your role is integral in maintaining a clean, functional, and efficient environment across multiple retail locations.
You will work closely with the Head of Retail and follow company procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all stores.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all stores are maintained to company standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment functionality (knowledge of bakery equipment is highly regarded)
- Oversee and conduct company collections, ensuring all monies are accurately accounted for
- Support store managers with operational troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Liaise with company directors and HR to implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Provide hands-on support with general maintenance and day-to-day store operations
- Monitor food safety standards and assist stores in remaining compliant with health regulations

**What We're Looking For**:

- A solid understanding of general maintenance tasks and the ability to be hands-on
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; holding a valid **Food Safety Supervisor Certificate** is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders—including councils, centre management and tradespeople
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures, multitask, and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- To be suitable for this role you must have your own reliable transport
