Vital Chemical is a recognised leader in sustainable environmental solutions, with expertise in erosion control, dust suppression, revegetation, and water treatment.

We're looking for a number of driven, curious, and energetic Sales Development Representatives to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is completing, or has recently completed their degree and is eager to kickstart a career in business development.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social channels to understand their needs and spark interest
  • Collaborate with our Industry Partnerships Managers to build pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to sales strategy discussions
  • Learn the ins and outs of our product, market, and customer base

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate or final-year university student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools
  • Ready to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment
