**A bit about the role**

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator with a technology background to join our thriving business on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Project Coordinator, you will be working in a cross-functional role, supporting our internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience, as well as being given the opportunity to run some of our smaller client projects. Resource scheduling and being able to build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for resource scheduling across multiple teams.
- Support the project management team with administrative duties such as updating project plans, weekly reporting and project management billing activities.
- Manage small implementation projects and additional services projects.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion departmental continual improvement activities across technology, process, and reporting to improve team and client experience.

**We’d like you to have**

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, driven and experienced at working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously. You will be a people person and have a desire to progress into a Project Management role in the future.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

- Able to demonstrate prior experience in project coordination and scheduling in a technical or professional services organisation.
- Understanding of terminology used in a technology environment.
- Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about building collaborative relationships.
- Focussed on providing the critical attention to detail required.
- Exceptional at written and verbal communication.
- Experienced in writing departmental reports and documentation.
