**Project Coordinator**

Location: NOR

Contract Duration: 6 months

Our client, a leading organization in the education sector, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join their Finance Department. This is a 6-month contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the improvement and effectiveness of the Scholarships, Foundations, and Research division.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division through a functional review process. You will engage with stakeholders to understand the core activities of the division and document existing processes, identifying areas for improvement. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on process and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with stakeholders to understand the core activities of the Scholarships, Foundations, and Research division.
- Document existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the functional review process by coordinating meetings, gathering data, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key system and data enhancements.
- Provide administrative support to the division, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in documenting processes at a procedure level.
- Knowledge of service and business process design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
