**ABOUT THE PROJECT**

**The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) **project is an international effort supported by 16 countries to build the world’s largest radio telescopes, led by the SKAO.

**Ventia **has been awarded a significant part of the contract and is leveraging our telecommunications capabilities for this exciting project.

Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site. The Project Coordinator will support the delivery team by providing assistance in the coordination of training & compliance, mobilisation duties and administrative tasks.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:

- Keep a track record of project plans, schedules, budgets and working hours
- Compile and maintain project documentation
- Advise quality performance and report on non-conformances
- Mitigate risks and advise project team
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

**QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience in coordination on large infrastructure projects I.E Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors
- Technical proficiencies with IT software packages & Microsoft suite
- Able to proactively identify risks and form solutions
- Commercially astute & confident in administrative tasks
