**Job Description**:
This is a newly created role due to the recent growth of the business, increasing from 11 farms to 47 farms over the past three years. This role supports the Head of HR, Aurora's two HR Business Partners and Aurora's Talent Acquisition Lead within a supportive broader HR team.
- Take ownership of the onboarding process for all new employees in the HRIS (ELMO).
- Take ownership for all HR administration, for example creating contracts, letters and job descriptions, updating organisation charts, maintaining files and systems.
- First point of contact for all employee general enquiry responses, i.e., ELMO admin, password resets, general employment queries etc.
- Support the HR Team on HR cyclical activities including;
- Assist the HR team with implementing and coordinating performance, development and succession activities across all business areas.
- Assist the HR team with coordinating processes such as annual pay review, bonus and benefits reviews.
- Support the HR team with implementing and coordinating employee engagement surveys across all business areas, and delivering actions.
- Support employee wellbeing activities.
- Support the HR team with the implementation of new systems.
- Monthly HR Reporting on employee statistics including recruitment processes, new starters, turnover and gender.
- Conference bookings and travel coordination.
- Prepare HR/employee material, flyers, brochures as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma in HR or relevant work experience in a similar role.
