HR Analyst

Full Time
- Play a key role in setting up and maintaining the LifeWorks HRIS (Workday)
- First contact and resolution for Human Resources and HRIS queries
- Validate requests for workforce changes to employment law standards and internal policy and procedural requirements ensuring compliance. Maintain data integrity through timely and accurate audits and governance of workforce changes.
- Provide ongoing advice, guidance, solutions and communication to the business and wider Human Resources team on HRIS matters including policies, procedures, admin and system updates
- Central HRIS liaison point between the business, software vendor and Human Resources regarding integrations, system change requests requirements, licencing agreements and system development
- Execute data migration and data cleansing for HRIS
- Provide training and guidance to People Managers on their workforce changes.
- Initiate and create relevant documentation in support of employee lifecycle changes
- Maintain employee electronic files, ensuring confidentiality of information
- Timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks, supporting managers and the Human Resources team
- Support day to day, routine transactions and operational requirements within Workday. Including entering transactions, auditing/reviewing transactions and uploading via a standard template.
- Maintain data related to location, organizational and supervisory hierarchies.
- Support the implementation and use of new Workday features, including creating and executing test cases and communicating testing results.
- Be a Workday operational expert and Second Tier support for escalated issues.
- Support process enhancements by identifying trends and training opportunities, with an eye for streamlining processes and minimizing errors.
- Troubleshoot and correct workday transactions when needed.
- Represent the Center of Excellence on various projects and enhancements related to Workday and other software.

Projects
- Support with the integration of acquisitions and international entities on to Human Resources Systems
- Participate in audits as required including PCI DSS and ISO27001

Customer
- Provide eptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines
- Adhere to SLAs and regulatory obligations
- Ensure that all confidential information is handled in accordance with company protocols and procedures

Communication
- Ensure all contact and interaction is of the highest standard (written/phone/face to face)
- Communicate clearly and appropriately to all stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources or related field and one year in client service-oriented role
- Previous experience with Workday or other HRIS system
- Knowledge of human resource practices and employment law
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, client focus and service orientation
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
