**Client Profile**

As a relative newcomer to the craft brewing scene, our client has seen exponential growth over the last 4 years without compromising on quality. With rapidly growing sales channels, distribution, and tap share they continue to produce world-class beers and guest experiences in an amazing facility.

As the Chief Executive Officer, you will be accountable for the ongoing sales strategy and execution through multiple channels, strategic partnerships, and effective brand positioning. A holistic view of the industry is required in order to drive tap share as well as create new routes to market.

You will guide your direct reports in an inclusive and nurturing manner, leading them across marketing and financial aspects of the business as well as the continued growth of market share.

This role will call for a dynamic individual who can focus on strategy and long-term vision as well as build solid relationships with major distribution partners to deliver sales.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Experience as a National Sales Manager or similar with a small to medium enterprise
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a team through clear communication of expectations
- Market-leading commercial acumen relevant to sales strategies, routes to market, and distribution channels
- The ability to create and evolve marketing strategies across various target markets including the on-premise
- Personal accountability and the discipline to work autonomously
- Superior stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel interstate as needed

This fantastic role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super and an exceptional commission component.
