**About the Role**

Due to strong growth and new Projects in the pipeline, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join the Projects team. As an integral part of the Projects Team, you will manage small scale projects from conception to completion and provide admin support to Project Managers
- Strong understanding of Construction/Shopfitting Industry
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem
- solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

**Skills**
- Roller ticker preferred but not essential
- Ensure Projects Team is supported through exceptional administrative skills
- Arrange contractors, permits, and other special arrangements as needed, to successfully complete the Project
- Client’s Projects and queries are being attended to in a professional manner
- Must have experience working on civil construction sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to working in a team and with little supervision
- Arrange contractors, permits, and other special arrangements as needed, to successfully complete the Project
- Must be willing to travel to site
- Must have your Construction White Card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $34.01 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- White Card (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
