**About the Role
**Reporting to the Head of Pricing, your role is fundamental in the commercial ownership of the deal-based enterprise acquisition, retention, and share of wallet which is of strategic importance given Woolworths At Work’s growth ambitions for F24 and beyond.

Critical to this is cultivating strong relationships with the Sales & Account Management Teams to build the customer-specific commercial strategy, owing to the commercial modeling and analysis; resulting in effective decision-making.

Working in a cross-functional matrix leadership environment, you will have the opportunity to coach pricing analysts on best practice B2B pricing principles as well as perform bid pricing work for strategic customers.

You will leverage your pricing experience when partnering with the customer-facing teams and coach them on commercial acumen to propose customer solutions. Our team will look up to you as a champion of customer value and for upskilling on customer value literacy at every opportunity.

In this role, you will directly impact the Gross Profit and EBIT performance of the Woolworths At Work business. This is done by impacting the P&L of new and existing customers through the allocation of commercial incentives as well as influencing the future customer mix.

**About You
With high pricing literacy in a deal/bid-based environment & a balanced approach to sales, profit, and customer value, you will bring:

- Acute knowledge of B2B pricing principles and demonstrated experience working in a deal / bid-based pricing team acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and growing account revenue.
- Proven success as a Pricing Manager, Pricing Team Leader, or Senior Pricing Analyst, preferably with experience within B2B, large retail or wholesale business environment.
- Experience with managing a team (direct reports or matrix style leadership) whilst also performing bid / deal pricing work for strategic customers
- Evidence of delivering key initiatives within a large organisation, specifically influencing and collaborating with senior-level management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage team priorities with competing deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment
- Business / Finance-related qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with peers & management
- Advanced presentation, communication & planning skills
