We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to play a pivotal role in the safety and culture of our business.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about company processes and procedures, focusing on contractor and supplier compliance.

Some key features of the position include:

- An important national role supporting company divisions across QLD, NSW & VIC
- Strong focus on compliance, verifying and monitoring contractor and third party records, as well as encompassing broader compliance responsibilities.
- Providing key administrative support to the business as a whole.

**WHO WE NEED**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- ** **Ensure that all contractors are up to date with compliance documentation
- Processing of contractor staff ensuring they are legal and compliant to work
- Processing new and ongoing work by ensuring paperwork is correct and up to date
- Ensure service providers and their employees practices are legal and compliant
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to your external and internal customers
- Assist with office receptionist and office management duties
- Support with general administration tasks such as maintaining system platforms and registers

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- ** **Excellent excel and IT systems skills
- Uncompromising attention to detail
- A love of process and getting it done right
- Good time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS office suite of products
- Be a quick learner of new systems
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong administrative skills
