We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Safety team to ensure compliance through identifying breaches, managing contractor records, and providing operational support through auditing and documentation management.

Requirements

As a Compliance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Fatigue Management, Run Sheet and Work Diary Auditing

  • Conduct spot checks on driver documentation and trip plans to ensure compliance with fatigue management regulations.
  • Investigate discrepancies using telematics data and support corrective actions.

Contractor Management

  • Maintain contractor and agent records, including licenses, insurances, and Safe Work Instructions via MYOSH.
  • Ensure documentation is current and meets regulatory and company standards.

Driver Onboarding & Offboarding in relevant system

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for drivers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.

Customer Inductions

  • Coordinate and track site-specific inductions for drivers working on designated customer accounts, ensuring timely completion of required inductions.

Record Management

  • Manage licence registers and NHVAS documentation within MYOSH.
  • Monitor expiry dates and notify relevant stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Understanding of fatigue management principles, including Standard Hours and Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) standards, with a willingness to learn and apply regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with auditing or reviewing documentation and the ability to identify inconsistencies or potential compliance issues.
  • Understanding of contractor management requirements, including licenses, insurance, and regulatory documentation.
  • Basic proficiency in MYOSH, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation, with the ability to develop skills further.
  • Adaptable, open to new challenges, and able to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to approach problems methodically and think critically.
