Reporting to Quality Manager, you are responsible for administering the safety, quality, and environmental systems.

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for developing and implementing solutions in compliance, preforming audits, reporting and managing risk assessments.

The ideal person for the job will come from a corporate background and be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

**About you**

You will be a team player who enjoys work that is highly administrative in nature; you will have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across and range of roles and levels.
- Administer the company's safety, quality, and environmental system
- Follow up tasks and not completed by due date
- Perform relevant audits
- Developing and managing risk assessments and actions
- Reporting
- Aiding other staff members including the Operations Manager and COO
- Updating risk and compliance guidelines
- Development of relevant documentation
- Document incidents and assist with investigation
- Other adhoc tasks

**About You**:

- Tertiary certificate/degree in relevant business discipline
- Previous experience in a similar risk and compliance role (advantageous)
- High level interpersonal and communication
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels of the organisation
- You are a proactive self-starter who can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to proactively resolve issues before they evolve into problems
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- A can-do positive and proactive approach
- Able to multitask on projects
