About the role
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager you will be building the strongest relationships of trust with the site leadership team and become a key influencer. You will be able to showcase your strong HR generalist expertise into everything from attracting the right people to driving engagement, talent reviews to performance management.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Partner with stakeholders to provide IR/ER advice such as grievance and investigations, EA and contract, employment law and policies and procedures, and employment relations matters
- Coach managers on selection and recruitment issues, including creation of job descriptions, selection process, person specifications, and interview participation
- Support and guide leaders in all aspects of HR and play a key role in leading initiatives that drive a high-performance culture across the site
- Drive team engagement and demonstrate constructive leadership

About You
The successful applicant will have a natural approach to interacting with key business leaders, as you seek to understand what is going on at a deeper level.
- Driven to co-create solutions that solve key employee and business challenges
- Broad generalist HR experience
- Strong business acumen and a good understanding of the commercial implications of HR decisions
- Effective communication and influencing capability
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels
