**Your new company**

Located in Rocklea, Brisbane, our client is an established and growing business within the Transport & Distribution sector. To support their employees, they require an HR Advisor to work within a small and supportive HR team.
**Your new role**

In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a mid-size business whilst partnering and advising the business leaders. This will include;
- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- End to end recruitment across a broad range of roles
- Case management of ER and performance management issues
- Employee engagement projects
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- HR administration and reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following;
- Previous generalist HR experience at an Officer level and above ideally within a medium to large organisation
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
