Large construction and resources business require an HR Advisor for an immediate start.

**Your new company**

Located in Brisbane CBD, our client is an established and growing business within the construction and resources sector. They require an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner for a temporary contract to support their Brisbane-based operations.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be providing generalist HR support, some key duties will include:

- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- Case management of ER and performance management issues
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
- Administering employee contracts
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- HR administration and reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:

- Previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor/Business Partner level within a medium to large organisation
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards
- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
