Based in Morningside, Brisbane, this company require a HR Generalist/ Advisor in a newly created role.

**Your new company**
Located in Morningside, Brisbane, our client is an established and growing privately owned business in the Retail and Wholesale sector. Due to steady growth and expansion, an opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a mid-size business whilst partnering and advising the business owners. This will include:

- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- End to end recruitment across a broad range of roles
- Case management of ER, IR and performance management issues
- Employee engagement projects
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- Health & Safety consultation and return to work case management
- HR administration and reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your key success in this role will be attributed to your previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor level within a medium to large organisation supported by a tertiary qualification in a related field. This role requires the ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders. This is a brand-new role operational role which requires the successful applicant to work in the office full time whilst the role is being established.
