**About the Role**

A permanent full-time HR Advisor opportunity exists for an experienced HR Generalist who enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR.

It is a true HR generalist role with a mixture of HR project work (HRIS implementation, Health and Wellbeing initiatives, Remuneration activities, project, policy and procedures project, to name a few), as well BAU daily HR responsibilities eg. ER, recruitment support (low volume), payroll support, and supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle and HR cyclical activities.

The role reports into a highly supportive HR Manager, and will be working as part of a wider HR team consisting of a Head of HR, HR Administrator, WHS Specialist and an OD Specialist, with a workforce of approximately 170 employees.

**About You**

You will possess the following:

- Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous HR Coordinator/Advisory experience (minimum 2 + years required.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, while being a team player.
- Good computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office suite.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate to diverse groups of people with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion required in a HR function.
