**Are you an experienced Business Services Manager looking for a dynamic opportunity?**

Situated at the northern end of the breathtaking Gold Coast, our client, a prominent accounting firm, boasts a strong commitment to providing an extensive range of services tailored to fulfill a variety of client requirements. This firm excels in areas such as accounting and taxation, business advisory, taxation planning and guidance, superannuation, succession planning, financial planning, and management accounting services.

As a Business Services Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success.

**Your Duties and Responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with Principals and Managers to deliver client value.
- Handle complete tax compliance for diverse clients.
- Initiate client interaction to foster strong relationships.
- Assess client structures and aid in tax advice.
- Generate financial statements, track KPIs, and contribute to goal strategies.
- Identify chances to boost client business growth.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Managers: 5+ years’ experience in professional practice.
- CA/CPA/IPA qualified or in progress.
- Manage client portfolio.
- Mentor junior/intermediate staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, self-confidence, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team and independent work capability.
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Handisoft, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, Microsoft Office.
- Passion for career growth and aiding client expansion.
