Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner. The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with our clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure that our services meet or exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that service delivery processes are optimized and that service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and work with internal teams to implement changes.
  • Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring that they deliver services in accordance with our requirements and standards.
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and report on performance to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure that all service delivery documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, IT, engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
  • Knowledge of service delivery best practices and methodologies.
