Talent Acquisition Partner - 12 month contract - CBD(Hybrid) - Rate DOE
**Your new company**
Your new company is a state-owned corporation that is looking to double headcount over the coming year and is looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join the business on an initial contract of 12 months.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for:

- Providing support and coaching to stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- End to end recruitment for a wide variety of specialised professional roles
- Creating and implementing recruitment processes and procedures
- Identify recruitment trends and develop strategies

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Hold a third level qualification in HR or a related field
- Have demonstrable experience in a TA role
- Posses experience from a similar type of organisation
- Have demonstrable experience implementing recruitment processes
- Experience implementing systems would be an advantage

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with your experience. You will have the opportunity to join the senior leadership team while they work through a growth phase. There is a strong possibility for extension and/or permanency. The city centre offices are also easily accessible by public transport and the role is hybrid up to 2 days per week.
