What the role will include
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the business unit priorities and hiring needs.
- Develop long and short-term sourcing strategies that align to the business needs.
- Provide valuable data-driven market insights to the business, developed through deep expertise in the aligned market segment.
- Develop brand and marketing campaigns and social content to engage and inspire talent communities.

Requirements for the role
- Extensive recruiting experience from an inhouse TA role, ideally recruiting for corporate roles.
- Experience in a recruitment environment that focuses on strong business partnering and high levels of customer service.
- A strong stakeholder manager who likes to build long term relationships.
- A strategic thinker who can think outside the box, solution for the business and solve problems.
- Demonstrate experience of working in a complex environment with competing business priorities.
- Comfort working with data, interpreting information to deliver value add for the business and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with cloud-based software; ideally a sound understanding of Workday, CRM platforms.
- Experience working with a highly mobile workforce and drawing from internal talent pools and a wide range of strategic sourcing pathways to fulfil the hiring needs.
