**About the role**

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Property Transactions Manager in managing the divestment pipeline and assisting site acquisition activities to meet Ampol's commercial objectives and effectively manage risk associated with the Group's property portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with site divestment business cases including expected financial outcomes, maintaining data rooms and approvals
- Support with site acquisition business cases, conducting due diligence, interrogating data rooms and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with external parties such as real estate agents, local government bodies and valuers
- Work with our internal environmental team to understand remediation time lines and costs
- Partner with the business to input into forecasting, budget activities and liaise with potential purchasers of real estate
- Manage the governance process including reporting, environmental provisions, data management and divestment approvals

**About you**

You will be an effective business partner, with the ability to support the business and external parties with divestment or acquisition related activities. You will have a high level of attention to detail and knowledge of property.

**Key skills and experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Law or a related business discipline
- Demonstrated experience in property management and transactions
- Experience in property acquisitions and divestments desirable but not essential
