- North East Link is the biggest ever investment in Melbourne's north-east - changing the way people move around Melbourne.
- Victoria's longest road tunnels will fix the missing link in our city's freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads a day and slash travel times by up to 35 minutes. We'll also complete the Ring Road in Greensborough, overhaul the Eastern Freeway, build Melbourne's first dedicated busway and the North East Trail - more than 34km of walking and cycling paths.

About the Opportunity
Are you an organisational development (OD) specialist or looking to take the next step in your OD career and increase your breadth of experience? We have the perfect role for you that is part of a close knit and supportive People and Culture team that are ready to see you succeed.
As the People Experience Specialist, you will lead and inspire a small team to project manage and provide operational support to all people experience initiatives. This involves key people projects across OD and Learning and Development.
Reporting to the People Solutions and Experience Manager, you will be vital in
- Providing expert advice and coaching on how to operationalise strategic solutions to a range of organisational and leadership development areas with a focus on collaboration.
- Leading end to end people experience projects in line with the teams work plan.
- Leading, motivating and inspiring a small team while being able to develop and mentor their capacity and capability and adhere to best practice and deliver on the work plan.

This position is based in 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne CBD.
About You
We are on the lookout for a collaborative team player with a strategic mindset and strong project management experience.
Fundamental aspects that will see you succeed in the role include:

- Having a hands-on approach, self-sufficient and strong decision-making skills.
- Confidence communicating and influencing stakeholders to implement and embed initiatives to an organisation at all levels. Strong stakeholder relationship skills will be vital.
- The ability to inspire and coach your team.
- Experience in designing and implementing people programs, which may include workshops.
- A can-do attitude, your limit will be your imagination and you will be supported to achieve
