Reporting to one of the Senior P&C Managers, this role is responsible for:

- Managing incoming HR queries such as advising on policies, procedures and processes. Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and assigned to the relevant team.
- Generating HR metrics and reporting on people analytics such as; headcount, turnover, leave, terminations and new starters.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Focussing on continuous improvement and providing recommendations for increasing efficiency.
- Working with the broader P&C team on projects including D&I, Health and Wellbeing initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will offer:

- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
- Previous experience within an HR Administration or HR Coordinator position.
- Excellent level of attention to detail.
- A strong desire to learn and grow, with a passionate and ambitious nature.
- Ability to work at pace, prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations.
