**Job Description**:
As the People Coordinator, you will be responsible for modelling behaviours that promote a **high-performing** and **engaged culture**. This will involve effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

The role of the People Coordinator is crucial in supporting the overall People function. You will actively contribute to developing and implementing people strategies, policies, and programs aimed at **attracting, developing**, and **retaining talent**.

With the support of the People Lead, you will have responsibility for **ensuring compliance** with **employment laws and regulations**, while fostering a **positive** and** inclusive work environment.**

Your efforts will help create a culture that drives employee engagement, productivity, and overall organisational success.

By developing and implementing people strategies and initiatives aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives, you will contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Support to the Training and Development team

**Qualifications**:

- Degree Qualified in Human Resources, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ relevant work experience (directly or indirectly related to HR)
- Recruitment experience (desirable)
- Experience in HR administration tasks, including contract administration will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience using Employment Hero and/or CultureAmp (desirable)
