Our client is a leading boutique financial services company who are renowned for having a friendly, supportive and high performing culture. They are market leaders in their field and are currently experiencing a growth phase.
They have an exceptional and rewarding career opportunity for a driven Human Resources Administrator to join their Company and work closely with the People & Culture Director. They are located in central CBD, have lovely offices and located close to public transport.

**About the Role...**
Reporting to and working closely with a delightful Director of People & Culture/HR, your role as a HR Administrator will be varied and include a broad range of generalist HR administration duties.
Your responsibilies in this role will include:
- Providing end-to-end administration support for the People & Culture Director & COO
- Assisting with the administration of the Recruitment process
- Maintenance and management of the database - uploading documentation and reporting on recruitment metrics, contract generation and initiating the onboarding process, including new employees, departures and updating the HR system
- Co-ordinating pre-employment checks, reference checks and background checks
- Providing ongoing support in the implementation of processes, policies and projects
- General administration duties as required on a daily basis
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has a passion for Recruitment and Human Resources and be keen to further progress your career.
- Demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Administrator or in an Administration role within professional services and have a strong interest in progressing your career in HR
- Currently holding or working towards tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to be agile and adapt to changing situations while juggling own time management and organisational skills
