We're on the lookout for a Part-Time People Experience (PX) Advisor to join a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team. In this role, you'll provide timely and practical HR advice across a broad range of people matters, while playing an active part in strategic projects that elevate the employee experience.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing trusted HR and employee relations advice to employees and people leaders, covering performance management, onboarding, policies, and legislation.
  • Supporting the resolution of employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and performance concerns.
  • Partnering on people initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement across HR systems, processes, and policy.
  • Working closely with PX Business Partners and Operations to support onboarding, contract tracking, and general HR admin.
  • Assisting with strategic projects that deliver real impact across the business.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous HR experience at Senior HR Coordinator, HR Officer, or Advisor level.
  • A strong grasp of Australian employment law and contemporary HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management including investigations, performance, and conduct issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport across various levels of leadership.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for delivering excellent people experiences.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or AHRI membership (preferred but not essential).
