**PERSOLKELLY** is seeking an experienced **_Knowledge Management Officer _**to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane's CBD.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

Working within the Business and Corporate Partnership, the Knowledge Management Officer will lead and develop the portfolio management infrastructure and associated **_SharePoint _**communications to improve accessibility of these services.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Responsibilities include:
Deliver the following prioritised portfolio-report-related development activities:

- Investment idea pipeline and dashboard
- Improved performance reporting process (in-line with RSDO solution)
- Improved process for submitting idea briefs
- Combine financial information with investment portfolio

Delivery of these will require:

- Finalise high level business requirements
- Design, develop, test and release each proposed development using O365 tools
- Document and transfer knowledge to PCO team

In the role you will be:

- Working with internal stakeholders to analyse and document business needs, current and future state, and identify opportunities for improvement and recommendations for change.
- Gathering and analysing information from stakeholders and other sources.
- Specifying, modelling and validating requirements and processes using industry standards of practice.
- Identifying and analysing options to meet business needs including risks, issues, impacts and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Effectively communicating plans, findings and insights to stakeholders and management.
- Producing high quality documentation such as requirements specifications, options analysis, reports, briefs, and presentations to help inform decision making.

**ABOUT YOU**

**_Essential Qualifications and Skills _**
- High level of experience in Working with content owners, develop and update online content to improve access and effectiveness of portfolio service.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and ability to develop and maintain constructive and
- collaborative working relationships with team members, managers, customers, solution providers and other stakeholders.
- Provide required support to team members and stakeholders to implement knowledge management and communication activities that support the strategy.

**_Highly Desirable Qualifications and Skills _**
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple styles of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail so that data and documentation is accurate and high quality, and that advice is clear
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team - including ability to organise own work, planning, prioritising work, meeting deadlines, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising discretion in the absence of decision makers
- Experience in instructional design is strongly desirable.
- Experience working with government organisations
