**Role requirements**:

- 3+ years' experience developing Microsoft SharePoint sites with a focus on frontend user experience, branding, community development and knowledge management.
- 3+ years' experience engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Stream and Microsoft Lists.
- Good task management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in instructional design is strongly desirable.

**Key duties and accountabilities**:

- Working with content owners, develop and update online content to improve access to financial information and resources.
- Develop and maintain constructive, collaborative working partnerships and relationships with others within the Finance and Corporate Operations teams and business stakeholders to identify areas of business improvement and capability uplift.
- Provide required support to team members and stakeholders to implement knowledge management and communication activities that support the strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders and end users through corporate social networking tools to foster communities that shares, collaborates and problem-solves finance issues, practices and processes.
- Other duties as directed and required.
