The Corporate Technology Services Team are seeking a highly efficient and client focused individual to join the team as a Manager, Training, Learning and Knowledge Manager (AO8). Located in Brisbane, you will manage and lead the strategic director of statewide knowledge management and training programs and initiatives for the Integrated Workforce Management Project through the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of knowledge management training. What are we looking for?
- Proven ability in the management of people, performance and resources to deliver an efficient effective, knowledge management and learning and development service.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change and learning strategies in a large scale complex organisation within a Human Resources, Rostering and/or Payroll environment using leading edge technologies and approaches.
- Demonstrated experience of leading and managing learning development and delivery teams and learner support resources to large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management experience, including the ability to collaborate, consult and influence key stakeholders.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
