**About the role**

The Sunkids Compliance Support Officer will be based at Sunkids Children’s Centre Support Office located in Eight Mile Plains QLD. The successful applicant will work closely with Sunkids Management Support Team to ensure compliance, legislative and operations requirements are consistently being implemented.

The Sunkids Compliance Support Officer will be closely mentored and will work alongside the Support Team.

This role ideally suits someone who has the desire to become part of a highly motivated team, be able to observe and work closely with colleagues, and must have exceptional communication skills.

**Requirements for the role**
- At least 5 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry as Assistant Centre Manager/Senior Educator
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Must have completed Diploma of Early Childhood
- Hold a current Blue Card
- Articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Willing to be mentored and guided in implementing Sunkids policies and procedures

**Ideal previous experience includes**:

- Senior Educator, Educational Leader or Assistant Centre Manager role at another early childhood provider
