BIGO LIVE is founded in March 2016. BIGO LIVE is a leading mobile live stream APP where users live broadcast their life moments, show their talents, interact and send virtual gifts in real time, and enjoy fun live sessions with people worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth in the live streaming industry
- Build and expand a portfolio of agency and talent leads to drive local content and user growth, while creating trusted long-term relationships
- Lead kick-off campaigns with agencies, manage timelines, assets, and opportunities to expand the Australia market
- Develop and implement agency management and business development action plans to meet targets and KPIs
- Create and execute events and initiatives for recruiting and developing new and established influencers and agencies in Australia
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the Australian market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing and user growth, preferably in the live streaming industry
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and cultural nuances
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
