**About Our Client**: Our client is a prominent real estate developer, renowned for delivering end-to-end property solutions across the development lifecycle. They are dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable living spaces that positively impact communities.

**Job Overview**: Our client is seeking a proactive and bilingual Development Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role is crucial in driving the sales and marketing initiatives for their development projects, targeting both local and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Prepare for and attend investor relations meetings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets for development projects.
- Collaborate with the development team to prepare Information Memorandums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both Chinese and English.
- Prepare sales contracts and coordinate with legal teams to ensure seamless transactions.

**Marketing**:

- Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote development projects to targeted audiences.
- Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content) in both Chinese and English.
- Manage the company's social media presence and interact with potential buyers online.
- Organize and participate in industry events and exhibitions to generate leads.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Analyse sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

**Translation and Interpretation**:

- Translate marketing materials, contracts, and other documents between Chinese and English.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings and negotiations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Skills**: Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the real estate sector.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license.

**Desired Skills (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Australian real estate market.
- Familiarity with Chinese culture and business practices.
