**What you will be doing**:

- Full time Casual position between August 2025 and June 2026.
- Working hours are negotiable but preferably 8.00am to 4.00pm weekdays.
- Office Bound Role only - Dandenong South, Victoria.
- Creating a memorable customer experience.
- Support and work alongside all relevant stakeholders within the business.
- Processing internal sales orders efficiently & effectively.
- Developing and maintaining up to date product knowledge.
- Developing and support effective relationships with dealers and customers.
- Pump selections/recommendations for daily sales and projects.
- Follow up on sales leads generated from various sources.
- Foster strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations.
- Become your customers trusted advisor.

**What you need**:

- Experience within the Pumping Industry and/or technical sales experience to be considered favorably.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under limited or no supervision.
- Confident and outgoing nature with a professional attitude.
- Experience with ERP or CRM highly regarded.
- An understanding of customer service and ability to think on your feet.
