**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Tilers Plus Manager, as the Customer Service Administrator for our Tilers Plus department, this role is responsible for providing service to our customers with their orders and providing administrative support to the team.

This role is critical in providing accurate and timely administrative support and customer service and significantly contributes to business performance to ensure the team's overall success

To be successful in this dynamic role, you will need to bring:

- An aptitude to initiate and manage sales orders, stock transport and back orders - including revisions and adjustments
- Expert knowledge to provide estimations and quotes to the customer base - including managing revisions and adjustments
- Initiative to set up projects and commencement processes
- Skill to Create, action, and review Tile Layout Drawings
- Efficiency to follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved
- Ability to guide the client through an efficient, speedy, and active transaction process
- Capacity to build strong relationships with both customers and supplier
- Understanding of systems - Expert matter in systems and processes utilising Job Manager, Electronic Selection Sheet, Sales Ordering system (Masterpack/DAX), Outlook, Business reporting tools (BI/ZAP)
