This a a great opportunity to build your career in People & Culture. Joining TechnologyOne's P&C team as a Services Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our P&C administration and be the trusted point of contact for all transactional P&C queries, tasks and actions and P&C advice to employees and leaders across policy and process.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an early career People & Culture professional to develop their career in a People & Culture function.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working collaboratively with P&C team to support administrative services including data entry, employment contract/ correspondence, reporting, intranet maintenance, and ad hoc tasks
- Maintenance of P&C systems and other document management including the identification of enhancements and system updates to improve the service experience or increase quality data capture and outputs
- Providing first line consistent support, coaching and advice to the business on people & culture policy and process
- No two days are the same, and you will be required to complete various other adhoc duties as the role requires

**What you’ll need**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, with 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of contemporary P&C practices and issues
- Demonstrated ability to manage high work volumes whilst building and maintaining internal and external client relationships
- Outstanding attention to detail coupled with excellent self directed problem solving, analytical and process development / improvement skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced every-changing environment with the ability to meet deadlines
